ORDERING/GARMENT CARE/SHIPPING 
  • Because all our dancewear is custom-made, construction and delivery takes 4-6 weeks. Once a BALLO order is placed and its construction begun,  it cannot be cancelled. BALLO will not accept returns nor will we issue credit...UNLESS...there was a defect in construction. If so, return the garment to us within 10 days, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with an email explaining in detail the problem(s). If we can correct the problem we will do so and return the garment to you at no charge. If we cannot remedy the problem, we will issue you a credit! Your satisfaction and comfort is our goal! If you have questions regarding your BALLO order, please e-mail me at ken@BALLO.us with questions prior to placing your order.
  • BALLO is closed for varying lengths of time for all national holidays but will resume building and shipping after that particular holiday. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know before ordering and, for an additional charge, we will do what's within our power to deliver your order as needed.
  • Phone or email orders are not possible, but online orders are possible at any time of day or night!  Your satisfaction is our goal, so do not hesitate to contact us at ken@BALLO.us with questions and concerns. 

    BALLO is not responsible for damage that occurs during the dancer's class, rehearsal, or the washing of the garment. Wash your ballo-wear by hand or on delicate cycle in the machine. Air-dry your garment, flat. The stretch mesh is strong, but delicate, so don't wash your BALLO-wear with dangerous articles!(like velcroe or zippers!)

  • International shipping methods, times, and rates vary and are based upon the destination country and order size. Additional fees or duties may apply based on each country's import requirements.
  • If your order is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address, BALLO cannot be responsible, however we will immediately begin inquiries to resend, but BALLO will not be responsible for the re-send fee...unless the fault is ours!

THINGS TO KNOW...

BALLO dancewear is not only uniquely designed, but also addresses the unique needs of dancers.Our leotards are cut with a slightly lower seat than you  will find in any other brand of leotard, so you never have to experience a thong-moment.

BALLO design for men's dancewear offers a unique feature...the "split-seam front." This unique design gives the male dancer two diagonal seams in the front, at the top of the legs, eliminating  forever that age-old problem called "middle-seam-mishap."

BALLO dancewear is the only dancewear company who includes a ~FREE~ full flesh-colored front lining in all its women's garments when the design allows! If the design does not allow for a full frontal lining, then we include a "bra" lining!

Ballo fabrics are made of nylon/spandex mesh and nylon spandex milliskin. All our dancewear is made with the dull side out.
